Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless time management.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, managing sensitive documents and communications with professionalism and integrity.
  • Screen phone calls and manage correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring efficient information flow.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, utilizing strong writing and formatting skills to create polished deliverables.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, providing support to the executive's personal life and commitments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and representing the executive's interests.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide administrative support, contributing to the executive's productivity and effectiveness.
  • open to travel to other countries as per the business requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role, with exposure to diverse industries.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.
  • Exhibits professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
