Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing GF-ENT and SMB accounts across the region, with a strong focus on net-new customer acquisition.

The Job Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the greenfield enterprise and SMB segments.

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Understand client business needs and position AWS solutions accordingly.

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Collaborate with internal AWS technical and partner teams to deliver customer success.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools.

  • Stay up to date on AWS products, services, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 5 years of sales experience, preferably in cloud, software, or technology solutions.

  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing new accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
  • AWS certifications or familiarity with cloud solutions is an advantage.
