Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work under the guidance of the Group HR Director, providing comprehensive HR support for B oli operations
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including leaves, overtime, deductions, allowances, and other compensation elements, and liaise with Finance for processing
- Issue employment-related documents such as employment letters, salary certificates, warnings, and recommendations
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR matters, policies, attendance, and employment conditions
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, uniforms, and orientation for new hires
- Coordinate with Government Relations for visa processing, ensuring all employees hold valid work and residency permits
- Assist with health insurance administration, including enrollments, updates, and claims follow-ups
- Monitor attendance, leaves, public holidays, and absences; investigate discrepancies and share reports with department heads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave balances and HR documentation
- Support performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on related actions
- Assist in organizing training programs, orientations, and staff development initiatives
- Support resignation and termination processes, including exit interviews and final documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications
- Assist with HR reporting and internal publications as required
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA degree in Business Administration or any HR related certificate
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Detail oriented
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Multitasked
