Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s schedule, meetings, and travel. Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence. Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain confidential files and organized record-keeping. Coordinate with departments and support daily office operations. Assist with basic financial tasks such as expenses and invoices. Liaise with clients, visitors, and business partners professionally. Ensure timely follow-ups and support the executive in decision-making.
