Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing workplace issues professionally and efficiently.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend solutions for improvement.

HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, review, and update company HR policies in alignment with labor laws, industry standards, and company culture.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Partner with legal and HR leadership to mitigate risks and enforce compliance.
Educate employees and management on company policies, workplace rights, and ethical conduct.
Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, diversity and inclusion, and anti-harassment initiatives.

Workplace Investigations & Conflict Resolution:
Lead investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, and other workplace concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters.
Recommend appropriate disciplinary or corrective actions based on investigation findings.
Support alternative dispute resolution efforts and foster a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
Assist in the development of performance management programs, ensuring constructive feedback and career development.
Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations best practices and workforce strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in employee relations, HR policies, or human resources management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and workplace compliance.
Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or multinational environment.
Familiarity with HRIS and case management systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
