Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Timekeeping & Attendance Management

  • Record daily attendance of workers and site staff

  • Update in/out timings , overtime (OT), leave, and absences

  • Prepare and maintain daily manpower deployment sheets

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports

  • Track worker movements between different sites/locations

  • Maintain ID copies, joining forms, and site documentation

Coordination

  • Liaise with HR, site management, and project teams

  • Report manpower shortages or excess to supervisors

  • Handle worker queries related to attendance and OT

  • Ensure timely submission of all manpower reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction sector

  • Strong knowledge of attendance management and manpower tracking
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic MS Excel skills (attendance sheets, OT calculation)
  • Immediate joiners only
