Purchase Officer Dubai Limited Investment LLC

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who has worked in a catering company in the UAE (especially Dubai) and successfully handled annual purchases of AED 45–50 million. The ideal candidate must have a strong supplier network, deep knowledge of food & non-food procurement, and the ability to manage high-volume purchasing operations efficientlyManage end-to-end procurement of food items, non-food items, kitchen equipment, and consumables for large-scale catering operations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery.

Forecast demand based on operational requirements and event schedules.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).

Monitor purchase budgets and maintain accurate records for all transactions.

Conduct regular market research to identify new vendors and competitive pricing.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Production, and Finance teams for smooth workflow.

Implement cost-control strategies and reduce wastage in the procurement cycle.

Evaluate supplier performance regularly and ensure service-level agreements are met.
