Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration, and Government Procedures. The candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related transactions and ensuring compliance with UAE regulation
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all immigration and visa-related processes (Employment, Visit, Family, Cancellation, Renewal)
- Complete procedures with GDRFA, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and other government portals
- Manage medical fitness tests, Emirates ID registration, and renewals
- Perform visa typing (English & Arabic) accurately
- Handle company trade license issuance, renewal, and amendments across all Emirates
- Manage company licensing and approvals from relevant authorities
- Liaise with government departments and authorities efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations
- Coordinate employee documentation and government records
- Perform PRO-related fieldwork across all Emirates
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a PRO
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience with GDRFA, immigration, visa processing, medical & Emirates ID
- Experience in trade license and company licensing across all Emirates
- Arabic typing skills are mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license
- Must own a car
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
