Overview:
The Supervisor in Manpower Services oversees the daily operations and management of manpower resources, ensuring efficient deployment and compliance with company policies and client requirements. This role involves coordinating with various departments, supervising staff, and handling client interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job description:
- Oversee the daily deployment manpower resources to various client sites in the morning to ensure that staffing levels meet client requirements and service quality standards. Allocate bed space for new arrivals and maintain an up-to-date bed allocation list. Daily Deployment
- Conduct regular toolbox talks to communicate safety protocols, work plans, and updates to team members,
- Absent Counselling: Provide counselling to employees with frequent absences to address attendance issues and enhance team reliability.
- Utilization Report: Prepare and share utilization reports with clients, detailing team productivity and resource allocation for transparency and client satisfaction.
- Time and Attendance Management: Update daily time and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting to management and clients.
- Leave Management: Maintain the annual leave and emergency leave tracker to manage employee leave requests effectively and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints within 12 hours, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Site Inspections and Visits: Conduct regular site inspections and daily visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and quality control measures.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management system, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans for Workers
- QHSE Training Coordination: Collaborate with the QHSE team to provide weekly training schedules and ensure that all employees receive necessary health, safety, and environmental training.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Work closely with HR to support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Timesheet and Timecard Collection: Collect and collate timesheets and timecards from clients to ensure accurate documentation for payroll and billing purposes.
- Accident and Incident Reporting: Report and document any accidents or incidents on-site, conduct thorough investigations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Organic Growth: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their manpower needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Compliance: Ensure all manpower operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
- Job Related Training: Facilitate training sessions and development programs for staff to enhance skills and ensure continuous improvement.
- Reports: Prepare and present reports on manpower utilization, staffing levels, and performance metrics to Senior Management on monthly basis.
- Employee Data: Maintain accurate records of staffing levels, deployment schedules, and other relevant documentation.
