Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational oversight and process management:
o Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices to support on/off ramps and encryption processing, as well as co-branded card programs. o
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure that projects and programs are executed efficiently and within established schedules. o
Integrate crypto and Web3 operational elements into workflows to ensure efficient management of blockchain transactions, smart contract processes, and decentralized applications. 2
. Cross-Functional Coordination:
o Serve as an operational liaison between product, technical, compliance, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. o
Facilitate regular operational meetings, status updates, and cross-departmental programs to address challenges and optimize performance, including updates on blockchain and crypto-related projects. 3
. Risk Management & Compliance Support:
o Assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies and controls across two business verticals, with a particular focus on crypto-related risks and blockchain security measures.
oWork with the compliance team to ensure that all operational processes, including those that handle digital assets and Web3 components, meet regulatory requirements and internal standards (including AML/KYC, data privacy, etc.).
4. Project & Supplier Management:
o Oversee key projects related to operational improvement, system implementation, and process automation initiatives, including those involving blockchain integration and cryptographic processing solutions.
o Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure quality of service and operational reliability, especially in the crypto and Web3 space.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes, track performance and prepare reports to senior management on a regular basis.
o Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, including metrics specific to crypto trading and blockchain operations.
6. Support business growth plans:
o Work with business managers and supervisors to support new product launches and expansions, ensuring operational readiness and smooth transitions.
oProvide operational insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience, especially in areas that leverage encryption and Web3 technologies.
