  • Maintain updated records of travel bookings and client preferences.
  • Communicate travel itineraries and changes promptly to travelers.
  • Research and recommend travel destinations that meet client needs.
  • Resolve any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive travel and destination information.
  • Manage travel expense reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with hotels and transportation providers for arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior travel coordinator.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance travel coordination skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in travel coordination or related role is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of travel software and online booking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to providing solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and work under tight deadlines.
