Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Track attendance, leave balances, overtime, and prepare HR reports
  • Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and KPI documentation
  • Support employee relations activities and assist with HR policy implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations

Accounting & Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Handle AP tasks: invoice checking, data entry, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate accounting files, records, and documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by providing HR-related data (attendance, leave, deductions)
  • Assist with expense tracking and petty cash
  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR or AP/accounting roles
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR or accounting software
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
