Job Description

The HR Admin is an essential position within the Human Resources department, responsible for ensuring that HR functions operate smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Admin is often the first point of contact for employees' HR-related queries, playing a critical role in maintaining positive employee relations. Additionally, the HR Admin supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, thus contributing to the overall performance and growth of the organization. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure all information is current.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are properly integrated.
  • Prepare and process documentation required for new hires and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Support the HR department's initiatives and assist in team projects as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the HR database, ensuring detailed and accurate information.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee training sessions.
  • Help create and distribute company-wide HR communications as required.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Monitor and manage benefits administration processes efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for HR interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • A strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices is crucial.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
