Roles & Responsibilities

1. Role Summary

We are seeking driven, professional Business Development and Key Account Executives to join our expanding corporate services division in Dubai.

This hybrid role requires both a strong ability to acquire new corporate clients and the relational skills to manage and grow those accounts post-sale. The successful candidate will manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial prospecting through to ongoing service renewal, ensuring client needs are consistently met.


Job Title: Business Development & Key Account Executive (B2B PRO Services)

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted market research, leveraging industry insights to open new business avenues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how your solutions fit.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance business strategies and achieve targets.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to establish a presence and cultivate relationships that can lead to business opportunities.

3. Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience in Dubai is preferred.
  • Direct experience in Corporate Services, Business Setup, PRO Services, or HR/Recruitment solutions is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the Dubai business environment, including basic knowledge of DED, basic PRO operations etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, vital for engaging clients and articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, enabling effective tracking of client interactions and sales performance.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives and overcome obstacles independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing client challenges and delivering customized solutions.
