Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

Supervise the implementation of the company s training plan and ensure programs meet business needs.

Monitor training activities, attendance, and evaluations to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Support in developing training materials and identifying skill gaps across departments.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee recruitment operations to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with manpower plans.

Monitor sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and recruitment KPIs.

Ensure the selection process reflects company standards and delivers high-caliber candidates.

Organizational Development (OD):

Support OD initiatives including performance management, career pathing, and succession planning.

Assist in updating job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organizational structures.

Contribute to employee engagement programs and culture enhancement projects.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

Prepare periodic reports on training, recruitment, and OD activities.

Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and talent retention.

Ensure alignment between talent management practices and overall HR strategy.

Strong knowledge of talent management processes and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (LMS, ATS, or HRIS).

An analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
