Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process for assigned business areas under supervision.

Assist hiring managers by scheduling interviews, reviewing CVs, and coordinating candidate communication.

Learn and follow company recruitment policies and standard operating procedures.

Keep applicant records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Help source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process.

Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking events.

Provide general HR support on projects and initiatives when needed.

Job Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and build a career in HR/recruitment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and willing to take initiative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 1 years of experience (internships or HR/recruitment exposure preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Passion for working with people and developing skills in recruitment and HR.
