Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Assist with drafting and publishing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified talent for Niceone s expanding teams.

Perform initial review of candidate applications and resumes, helping to identify top talent in alignment with job requirements.

Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems, managing confidential records and ensuring accurate documentation of the hiring process.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment initiatives, interviews, and onboarding activities.

Contribute ideas for optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing the overall candidate journey at Niceone.

Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with the Tamheer Program guidelines and requirements.

Support efforts to spotlight Niceone s values-driven work culture and attract diverse talent through social media and other channels.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required for Tamheer Program eligibility).
  • Saudi national and current, valid registration in the Tamheer program (required).
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital recruitment tools.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion at every step of the recruitment process.
