Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting job analysis, job descriptions and grading system of jobs.
- Set KPIs cascade them to all company departments.
- Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
- Implement employee engagement & satisfaction survey s.
- Maintaining and revising the company s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Monitor and update the company manpower & Org Charts transactions.
- Analyze the workflow within the function structure to eliminate overlapping
- Assist in developing performance management, Training; policies & procedures.
- Issue the TNA, training plan & budget
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and change management principles.
- HR Diploma or study is a must
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and development programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
