Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site office environment.
