What You ll Do

* Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure timely preparation and consistent quality of dishes.
* Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and high-performance service during peak hours.
* Prepare a menu of comfort food, pub-style classics, and sharable platters tailored for a lively sports bar audience.
* Work with the Head Chef on new dish creation and menu innovation to keep offerings fresh and engaging.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients meet freshness and quality standards.
* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
* Coordinate with service staff to deliver seamless guest experiences, especially during major sporting events.

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Line Cook, ideally in a sports bar or casual dining environment.
* Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills.
* Deep understanding of fast-paced kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
* Creative flair with the ability to develop hearty, guest-pleasing menus.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
