Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails professionally.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research required for reporting or decision-making and present findings clearly.
- Maintain and manage filing systems, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide personal support such as running errands or assisting with personal tasks as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external contacts.
- Manage special projects as assigned and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and schedule regular maintenance for any office equipment and requisition supplies.
- Implement and enforce company policies in all transactions and activities within scope of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interaction.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, email, and calendar management tools.
- Well-organized and proactive, displaying initiative in task management and problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
