Job Description

The Key Account Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with our most important clients. Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs.
  • Prepare reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate client needs and potential business impacts.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations from clients to improve our products and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering strategic account plans and presentations.
  • Ability to understand market trends and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant business tools is required.
