Roles & Responsibilities
mimojo is a leading card-linked cashback platform, rewarding customers seamlessly every time they shop. Integrated directly with Visa and Mastercard, our technology enables automated cashback with no codes, coupons, or complicated redemption processes. We partner with hundreds of merchants across dining, retail, wellness, e-commerce, and more, delivering value to consumers and driving measurable business results for our partners.
Our rapid growth has made us a trusted partner for some of the region s most prominent banks, loyalty programmes, and merchants. Now, we re looking for an Account Manager to nurture and grow these high-value partnerships, ensuring they thrive on our platform.
Candidates must be currently in UAE.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Own and grow relationships with key merchants and partners across retail, dining, lifestyle, and e-commerce.
- Act as the trusted point of contact, ensuring partners receive exceptional service and strategic advice.
- Schedule and lead regular review meetings to track performance and align on growth opportunities.
- Performance Growth & Insights.
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs such as transaction volume, offer engagement, redemption rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimize partner offers and campaigns.
- Collaborate with merchants on promotional planning, seasonal campaigns, and tactical initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive awareness and adoption of partner offers.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, offer setup, and timely updates.
- Liaise with Product to share partner feedback and help shape platform improvements.
- Account Development
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Proactively suggest new features, categories, or merchant collaborations that add value for partners.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and SLAs are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience in account management, partnership management, or client services (preferably in retail, F&B, loyalty, fintech, or e-commerce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building trusting relationships and effectively conveying the value of mimojo s offerings
- Data-literate with the ability to turn performance reports into clear recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
