Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust ITSM frameworks conducive to operational excellence.
- Oversee key IT Service Management processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Work with diverse teams to assess and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness.
- Analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and training on ITSM tools and processes.
- Ensure all ITSM documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT service management roles.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service delivery.
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to develop concise documentation and reports.
- Status of certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher is advantageous.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
