Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling HVAC products in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC products to contractors, consultants, and end-users within the UAE market.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for product specifications and order processing.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in selling HVAC products in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
- Existing network of clients in the UAE HVAC industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
