Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.

Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with selection procedures.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Coordinate and support employee training, development, and performance management initiatives.

Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to staff and management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Facilitate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant departments.

Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company s values and code of ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience and up to 5 years in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Saudi labor laws.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
