Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time (with 3-months probation period)

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Female HR Executive to join our growing team. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, documentation, employee relations, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department and ensuring alignment with company standards

Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive/Admin:

  • Draft and send job requirement requests to recruitment agencies based on client needs, ensuring clarity in role expectations and qualifications for effective sourcing.

  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with hiring requirements.

  • Follow up with recruitment agencies and internal sources to ensure timely submission of candidate profiles.

  • Screen received CVs to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

  • Schedule and coordinate preliminary and final interviews with candidates and interview panels.

  • Collect, organize, and upload candidate documents and coordinate with the team to upload in the system.

  • Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates.

  • Follow up with candidates regarding application status and feedback

  • Support onboarding processes by preparing joining documents Maintain and update employee records in digital and physical formats.

  • Assist in drafting standard HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage
