Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Female HR Coordinator with below requirements:

Requirements:

  • With a bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledgeable in UAE Labour Law
  • Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Excellent Administrative and Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent English Speaking, Writing and Reading Skills
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Have a presentable image (Professional Looking) Photo taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance is required

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles day to day operations of HR Department.
  • Handling recruitment of all required manpower.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various channels (ESAT Website, online platforms, etc.)
  • Screening and conducting initial interviews to shortlisted candidate prior submitting the documents to respective Line Manager.
  • Keeping the recruitment record up to date.
  • Maintaining all HR documents in timely and systematic manner.
  • Preparing and processing all documents for all staff visa applications, work permits, insurances, and all other necessary documents.
  • Enhances organization by organizing HR System.
  • Handling the HR Module in ESAT ERP.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Working closely and directly report to CEO.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares Recruitment Requisition Form as required by department.
  • Plan and handle the entire recruitment process.
  • Send job offers and providing timely responses.
  • Manage various Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
  • Handle mobilization and demobilization of manpower.
  • In charge of arranging employee accommodation in camp.
  • Assists in preparation of payroll by providing relevant and accurate data.
  • Preparation of management letters from Promotions, NOC, Salary certificates & adjustments, memos, etc.
  • Booking air ticket for staff and new recruits.
  • Prepares Leave Requests forms, Employee Evaluations, and other forms necessary.
  • Conduct exit interviews and preparing all needed documents for staff clearance which includes End of Service Benefits form.
  • Arrange various meetings.
  • Handling petty cash for HR processing.
  • Handling additions and deletions in group medical insurance.
  • Serving as point person for all new employee questions.
  • Properly handle complains and grievance procedures.
  • All other tasks related to work assigned and being flexible is a must.
