Roles & Responsibilities

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a facility to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively. This position involves managing the staff, coordinating facility management activities, and implementing safety and security protocols. The Facility Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the physical environment for employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring it is always in optimal condition. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. An effective Facility Supervisor will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure that the facility meets all operational standards and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the facility staff, ensuring efficient performance.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repair of the facility's infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for services and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management or supervisory role is required.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines.
