Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fuze is looking for a seasoned sales and BD expert to bring existing relationships in support of the company s ambitious growth objectives. This role will give you exposure to leading banks, fintechs, and other enterprises across the MENA region, helping them unlock new revenue, increase retention and innovate.
The Sales manager will execute the Fuze sales and marketing plans, including implementing new playbooks and tools for the company. He/She must have demonstrated success in a similar role, have experience in fintech or digital assets, and possess the hunger to close the big deals.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue and execute against target banks, fintechs, superapps and other enterprises
• Drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation
• Become a subject matter expert for Fuze s products and participate in industry events
• Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships
• Be the voice of the Customer: Ensure key customer feedback is fed back into product & technology teams, that actions are documented and executed, and that we have the highest standards in terms of Relationship Management.
• Negotiate win-win economics in contracts that support profitable, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Technology
• Have a proven track record in fintech or digital assets sales (B2B)
• Complete regular business reviews and look for opportunities to improve and grow our partner relationships
About You
• Hunger to win and a proven track record of closed/won deals
• 3-6 years of experience selling fintech or software solutions to enterprises, especially those in the financial services industry, with a focus on retail banks, fintech, neobanks, and superapps
• Strong understanding in the domain knowledge of digital assets or cryptocurrency
• Experience selling to large Enterprises in the MENA region with proven client service and relationship management skills
• Master-level knowledge of B2B and SaaS consultative and challenger sales processes
• Experience in a high-pressure environment, e.g. a startup, consulting, investment banking, etc
• You must be confident presenting yourself, as you are the face of the company
• Display the ability to not only set strategy, but also the willingness to execute operationally
• You are currently based within the UAE, or are willing to relocate for this role
