What You ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the company, ensuring it aligns with the companys business goals and culture.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, from defining job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and to engage passive candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each department s needs and team dynamics.
  • Promote the companys reputation as an excellent place to work.


What We Look For In You

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field; Masters degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team within a dynamic, fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured, technical).
  • Able to balance a strategy-focused mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Passionate about OKXs mission and capable of representing our values and culture to potential candidates.
