Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure that all food products are consistent with the recipes and presentation as per the standards

  • To monitor closely and prepare the mise en place requirements and support the Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the main kitchen
  • Keep work area in hygienic conditions as per HACCP requirements
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
