Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to be a part of our Admin & Client Service team. This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team and clients.
We are looking for individuals who have the required skills to understand the client s business and our services. The candidate should also have a good understanding of basic accounting and should be organized.
- Assure the best client services and on-time response and action.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Manage client transactions, invoicing and follow up on payments.
- Good communication skills with regards to face-to-face interactions, handling incoming & outgoing calls, chats, emails etc.
- Collaborates with all departments ensuring good teamwork.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage partners calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Handle client complaints and feedback with proficiency, as well as being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers who meet most of the requirements will also be considered.
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills. Ability to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficient problem solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in accounting would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve, while also being a team player.
