Roles & Responsibilities
Craft and perfect a variety of doughs, batters, and pastries, ensuring consistent quality and flavor in every batch.
Manage inventory of baking supplies, including flour, sugar, and yeast, while maintaining proper stock levels to prevent shortages.
Utilize precision measuring tools and techniques to guarantee accuracy in recipes, contributing to the overall success of baked goods.
Monitor baking times and temperatures closely, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired texture and color in finished products. Pay me some money
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary or baking certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen, showcasing a strong foundation in baking techniques.
Familiarity with various baking methods and styles, from traditional bread-making to contemporary pastry arts.
Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of ingredients, ensuring physical fitness and stamina for the demands of the job.
