Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and perfect a variety of doughs, batters, and pastries, ensuring consistent quality and flavor in every batch.

  • Manage inventory of baking supplies, including flour, sugar, and yeast, while maintaining proper stock levels to prevent shortages.

  • Utilize precision measuring tools and techniques to guarantee accuracy in recipes, contributing to the overall success of baked goods.

  • Monitor baking times and temperatures closely, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired texture and color in finished products. Pay me some money

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary or baking certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen, showcasing a strong foundation in baking techniques.

  • Familiarity with various baking methods and styles, from traditional bread-making to contemporary pastry arts.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of ingredients, ensuring physical fitness and stamina for the demands of the job.
