Roles & Responsibilities

Front desk reception and guest handling Answering calls, managing couriers, and maintaining visitor records Office environment management and daily administrative tasks Filing and organizing administrative and HR documents Assisting with meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and company events Completing other administrative tasks assigned by management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Female, with a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor Fluent in English or Arabic as a working language (Chinese skills are a strong advantage) Good communication skills with attention to detail Proficient in office software (MS Office, etc.) Experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset
