Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, screening and routing them to the right departments while taking accurate messages when necessary.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important information.

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including sending out invites, preparing agendas, and managing conference room logistics.

  • keeping office well maintained and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a Diploma.

  • At least 0-1 years of experience in an administrative support or receptionist role within a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various scheduling software.

  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a significant advantage, especially in multicultural environments.
