As a Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our workshop. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all workshop activities are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely. This involves supervising a team of skilled technicians, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the smooth operation of machinery and tools. You will also be expected to monitor resource allocation, manage schedules, and ensure that all projects are completed within the stipulated time frames and budgets. A successful Workshop Supervisor must possess strong leadership skills, a superb eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
