Warehouse-Team Leader Diamond Meat Processing LLC

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and objectives.

2. Monitor department expenditures to ensure alignment with budget and suggest corrective actions when needed.

3. Conduct feasibility studies for storage capacity enhancements and propose cost-saving measures.

4. Develop and optimize warehouse operational procedures.

5. Monitor and support ongoing staff training to improve operational efficiency.

6. Implement strategic work plans and developmental projects for process improvement.

7. Enforce warehouse system standards, store layout management, and FEFO / FIFO practices.

8. Ensure accuracy of inventory control systems; resolve any discrepancies.

9. Participating in inventory Audit and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.

10. Assist in defining safety stock policies in coordination with planning and capacity analysis.

11. Enforce health, safety, and industrial standards (fire, electrical, PPE, etc.).

12. Maintain updated documentation in compliance with quality management systems.

13. Handling the full warehouse team, attending to warehouse related requests and concerns.

14. Ensure warehouse staff adherence to quality and safety regulations.
