Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations by handling various tasks related to inventory control, order processing, and coordination with different team members. This role requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of logistics processes.
What You Will Do:
- Receive incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
- Record and maintain accurate inventory transactions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Scan and unpack packages.
- Perform quality checks.
- Prepare orders.
- Complete reports as required by manager or supervisor.
- Follow up on the processes of delivering and receiving documents for shipments, ensuring compliance with DAFZA and Dubai customs regulations.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by manager or supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school degree or a bachelor s degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency must.
- Familiarity with excel, and able to upload data into the company system.br
