Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support & Service Coordination

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Book vehicle service appointments and follow up on customer requests
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with workshop and service advisors for appointment availability
  • Communicate service updates and delivery timelines to customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain clear and updated call logs using CRM tools

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction
  • Generate reports on customer feedback and recurring issues
  • Support the team in achieving sales conversion targets for upsells or add-on services
  • Continuously seek ways to improve call centre operations and customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • 1 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive or call centre environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • High attention to detail and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
