Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To efficiently manage all the aspects relating to the travel related requirements of the corporate client by way of (a) superlative service delivery and (b) offering competitive pricing.


Offering multiple options with fare calculations worldwide : Air, Hotel, Transfers, Airport Meet & Greet

Computerized Reservations on Sabre & Galileo for : Air, Hotel, Car, Rail

Follow up on wait listed bookings

Following up on quotations for additional sale conversions

Issuing & Reissuing : Air e-tickets, Hotel stay vouchers, Travel Insurance policies

Supplying travelers with pertinent information like travel protocols & passport/visa regulations

Advising clients upfront on schedule changes &/or flight cancellations by monitoring queues

Creating traveler profile - which includes Seat preferences, Special Meal requests, maintain frequent flyer memberships etc

Meeting Clients for enhancing business relationship; to get new reference of prospects.

Attending Trainings, Webinars, Trade Events etc

Coupon Reporting on daily basis to accounts department

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE experienced candidate

Minimum experience 2 years and above.

Knowledge of Sabre (GDS) system

Must have a corporate travel background and UAE experienced

Immediate joiner

Good Communication skills
