Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Forex trading platforms and services - Generate qualified leads and convert them into active trading accounts - Explain trading concepts, account types, and platform features clearly and persuasively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools - Stay updated on Forex market trends and share insights with clients - Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure proper KYC documentation and onboarding - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills - Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience, preferably in Forex trading is a plus.
Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading instruments, and client psychology
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills - Fluency in English is a plus but preferred Arabic speaker.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial terminology
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced sales environment
