Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them with tailored pitches that resonate with their needs and interests.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions during calls.
- Qualify leads by asking probing questions that determine their level of interest and fit for the company's offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a significant advantage to cater to a broader clientele.
