A Tele Sales Executive is a key player in the sales team, responsible for driving sales through telephone-based interactions. The Tele Sales Executive plays a crucial role in developing and sustaining customer relationships, aiming to increase the company's revenue through focused sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Track customer interactions and sales in the CRM for performance monitoring.
  • Offer solutions that meet customer needs while boosting company sales.

  • Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and sales techniques consistently.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to monitor performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in meeting objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with new and existing clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
