Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products and services to generate interest and leads.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to address client objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid academic foundation.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, enabling efficient tracking and management of sales leads and customer interactions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
