Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and performance assessments to ensure project milestones are met and maintain high standards of quality.
- Design and enforce best practices for software development, system architecture, and technical documentation to enhance team efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a technical management role, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from inception to completion with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a focus on team-building, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions in technical processes.
- Cultural adaptability and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various geographical locations.
