Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across medical, wellness, and administrative departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position GROOVY Medical Spa as an employer of choice.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
