Roles & Responsibilities
As a result of continued rapid growth, DotLynx has a unique opportunity for an innovative Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will oversee talent acquisition activities, coordinate, and facilitate the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple positions.
- Post positions to various job boards and on social media platforms.
- Source candidates, screen and evaluate resumes.
- Schedule and conduct applicant phone screens, and interviews.
- Create and maintain all employee files and records
Do you have the keys to success?
- 3+ years of related (recruitment/staffing/HR) experience with a reputed organization.
- Previous experience from a major BPO firm is desired.
- Experience with application tracking systems.
- Previous experience dealing with highly confidential information.
- Exceptional customer service skills to support candidates.
