Roles & Responsibilities

As a result of continued rapid growth, DotLynx has a unique opportunity for an innovative Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will oversee talent acquisition activities, coordinate, and facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple positions.
  • Post positions to various job boards and on social media platforms.
  • Source candidates, screen and evaluate resumes.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant phone screens, and interviews.
  • Create and maintain all employee files and records

Do you have the keys to success?

  • 3+ years of related (recruitment/staffing/HR) experience with a reputed organization.
  • Previous experience from a major BPO firm is desired.
  • Experience with application tracking systems.
  • Previous experience dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to support candidates.
