Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the kiosk/food outlet.

• Lead, train, and monitor staff to maintain excellent service.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.

• Prepare daily sales reports and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a café, restaurant, or mall outlet.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the season.
