The American University in the Emirates is seeking a highly efficient and professional Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities related to student recruitment, as well as providing advice, guidance, and assistance regarding the application and documentation processes for admissions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication, or related fieldMust be Bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)At least 3 to 5 years of experience working in student recruitment and enrollment in a reputable universitySkills / Training / KnowledgeKnowledge of multiple point marketing strategies (P2P, B2B, Online and Traditional Media)Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in both Arabic and EnglishDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationshipsWorking knowledge of UAE higher education sectorJob ResponsibilitiesWelcoming new students to the university, dealing with student and parent inquiriesResponsible for university tours to familiarize new students with AUE campus, departments, and servicesParticipating in education career exhibitions locally and internationallyConducting professional presentations to various stake holders in UAE and Middle EastHandling and processing new student applications filesOrientation for new students: Helping students get familiarized with new atmosphere through presentations, workshops and various activitiesPlanning and coordinating the university calendar of events and log book maintenance and data entryOnboarding for new students: making sure all student-related needs are arranged and executed properly such as housing, visa, tuition fee payment, etc...Practicing high standards of customer service with students, parents, school s principals and teachersIdentify and secure funding from various sources to support the University mission in line with the university advancement and fundraising plan.Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support for the institution.Perform any duties as assigned by the superiors.About American University in the Emirates (AUE):The American University in the Emirates (AUE) invites applications from well-qualified candidates for a range of faculty and administrative positions.
